Holding in Company

Dublin, Ireland, 22 February 2024: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or
the "Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) has received notification that:

Pageant Investments is now the holder of, in aggregate, 10,941,473 Ordinary
shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. This holding represents
approximately 8.25% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Sean O'Driscoll is now the holder of, in aggregate, 7,041,000 Ordinary shares
of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. This holding represents
approximately 5.31% of the issued ordinary share capital.
