Dublin, Ireland, 3 July 2024: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or the
"Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) has received notification that:

 

Sean O'Driscoll and controlled associate entities hold, in aggregate,
8,110,000 Ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. This
holding represents approximately 6.11% of the issued ordinary share capital.
