Dublin, Ireland, 1 October 2024: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or the
"Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) has received notification that:

 

Discretionary investment management clients of Herald Investment Management
Limited hold, in aggregate, 7,000,000 Ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the
capital of the Company. This holding represents approximately 3.72% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
