Dublin, Ireland, 24 February 2025: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or
the "Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) has received notification that:

 

S O'Driscoll and controlled associated entities hold, in aggregate, 19,531,000
Ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. This holding
represents approximately 10.38% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
