"Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) has received notification that:

 

S O'Driscoll and controlled associated entities hold, in aggregate,
23,727,695.00 Ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company.
This holding represents approximately 12.61% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
