Dublin, Ireland, 6 August 2025: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or the
"Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) has received notification from Herald
investment Management Limited of a decrease in its shareholding in the
Company. Herald investment Management Limited no longer holds a notifiable
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
