U.S. stocks climbed on Wednesday, boosted by technology stocks, and financials
also gained ahead of a highly awaited Federal Reserve announcement where
investors will watch for signals of fewer rate hikes, which could spark a
year-end rally.  .N 
    At 10:19 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.90
percent at 23,888.71. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.90 percent at 2,569.16 and the
Nasdaq Composite  .IXIC  was up 1.02 percent at 6,852.904.
