** Shares of IXUP  IXU.AX  rise as much as 44.4% to A$0.013,
their biggest intraday percentage gain since May 6
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Nov 27
    ** The software co says its has raised A$3.2 mln ($2.05 mln)
via placement at A$0.01 per share
    ** Placement price represents an 11.1% premium on co's last
close
    ** About 3.1 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 1.6 mln
    ** Stock down 60.5% YTD, including session's move
