** Shares of Ixup  IXU.AX  rise as much as 54.6% to A$0.017,
eyeing their best day ever, if gains continue
    ** Technology co says it entered the final phase of
negotiations for a secure cloud deployment that is to be used to
help streamline environmental modelling and approval processes 
    ** Project involving companies, and government/educational
organisations progressed to commercial negotiation phase - co
    ** Stock hits highest level since April 12
    ** 6.8 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 540,721
    ** IXU down 63.8% YTD as of last close
