Dauch Corporation (the "Company") announces that its 2026 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders will be held virtually on 30 April 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET. The
Notice of the Annual Meeting, Proxy Statement and 2025 Annual Report have been
posted to stockholders and are available on the Company's website

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, the following documents have been
submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for
