Campari's top shareholder regains seized shares after tax deal

MILAN, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Campari's controlling shareholder Lagfin said on Tuesday it had regained full access to about 214 million shares in the Italian spirits group that had been seized by Italian authorities.

The release follows the settlement reached earlier this month by the Luxembourg-based holding company with Italy's revenue agency over alleged tax evasion, which includes a payment of 405 million euros ($477.82 million) spread over four years.
