(*) U.S. President Donald Trump slapped steep tariffs on exports from dozen of trading partners including Canada, Brazil, India and Taiwan, pressing ahead with his plans to reorder the global economy ahead of a Friday trade deal deadline.
Italy's main opposition Democratic Party (PD) has warned Giorgia Meloni's ruling coalition against involving Elon Musk's SpaceX in the update of a satellite programme, parliamentary documents show, saying the move would pose national security risks.

Credit Agricole CAGR.PA has become a key actor in Italy's banking consolidation saga, according to a Reuters analysis, playing a role in the fate of Banco BPM BAMI.MI, which UniCredit CRDI.MI has unsuccessfully tried to swallow up in the face of Italian government opposition.

The Italian insurer said on Friday Fitch Ratings has upgraded its Insurer Financial Strength Rating to 'A' from 'A-', and its Long-Term Issuer Default Rating to 'A-' from 'BBB+', confirming for both a 'stable' outlook.
CAMPARI CPRI.MI
(*) The spirits group warned on Thursday of an up to 45 million euros ($51 million) hit from U.S. tariffs to earnings this year, as it reported a 2.9% increase in second-quarter adjusted operating profit.
PIRELLI PIRC.MI
The tyremaker trimmed its 2025 revenue forecast on Thursday due to the expected impact of adverse currency movements.
FERRAGAMO SFER.MI
The luxury group said on Thursday it had put in place a plan to revive sales and relaunch its brand as it deals with eroding consumer demand and macroeconomic certainty. The group reported a first-half adjusted net loss of 16 million euros ($18.31 million).
FERRARI RACE.MI
The luxury sports-car maker could trim a premium introduced in April for some cars sold in the United States once the lower 15% tariff for European imports takes effect, it said on Thursday.
Its shares sank more than 12% on Thursday even as the car maker maintained its guidance, although it said it would cut back prices in the U.S.
ENEL ENEI.MI
The Italian utility reported on Thursday a 1% year-on-year rise in its ordinary core profit in the first half, when stripping out asset sales, and said it would launch a share buyback worth up to 1 billion euros later this year.
(*) The company expects the negative impact resulting from a power blackout that occurred in the Iberian peninsula in April to disappear in the second half of the year, CFO Stefano De Angelis said in a post-result analyst call.
(*) Morgan Stanley on Friday cut the rating of the group to 'equal weight' from 'overweight' and its target price to 8.4 euros from 8.8 euros.

RBC on Friday cut the group's rating to 'sector perform' from 'outperform'.

Morgan Stanley on Friday cut the rating of the betting group to 'equal weight' from 'overweight' and raised it target price to 27 euros from 24.5 euros.
