** DAWN has ~61.9 mln shares outstanding and ~40.7 mln
shares of free float, per Refinitiv data
** JP Morgan, Cowen and Piper Sandler jt bookrunners for
equity offering
** DAWN went public in May 2021 IPO priced at $16
