** Shares of DB Corp DBCL.NS fall 1.8% to 267.20 rupees

** Print media co's Q1 consol net profit falls 31.4% Y/Y, revenue down 5.2% Y/Y

** Revenue from printing and publishing segment dropped 5.6% Y/Y, while radio segment revenue rose 1% Y/Y

** Trading vols at 476,294 shares, 2.8x the 30-day average

** DBCL down ~12% YTD
