** Shares of print media co DB Corp Ltd  DBCL.NS  fall as
much as 3.8% to 116.90 rupees, their lowest since Sept. 26
    ** Co on Wednesday posted a ~9.3% fall in Sept-qtr
consolidated net profit to 487.8 mln Indian rupees ($5.92
million) from 537.7 mln rupees yr ago
    ** Consolidated total expenses increased ~27% to 4.81 bln
rupees
    ** More than 608,000 shares traded as of 0729 GMT, vs 30-day
avg of nearly 1.7 mln shares
    ** Shares up 30.6% YTD, as of last close
($1 = 82.3800 Indian rupees)
