Board Update

The Board of DCI has been asked by the Company's largest shareholder, Almitas
Capital LLC whose clients own 19.95% of the issued share capital of the
Company to appoint an additional director introduced by them. Following
discussions with this individual, the Company announces that Mr Gerasimos
Efthimiatos who is based in the USA has been invited to join the Board of DCI
with effect from 15 November 2024 as a non-executive director.

A further announcement will be made on the date of Mr Efthimiatos's
appointment containing the information required under Rule 17 and Schedule 2,
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
