Extraordinary General Meeting Update

On 20 December 2024, DCI convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM")
following receipt of a requisition from Almitas Capital LLC proposing the
appointment of Mr Martin Adams as a director of DCI. The EGM was convened for
28 February 2025.

 

On 25 February the EGM was postponed until 1 April 2025 in order to
investigate certain matters that had come to the Company's attention relevant
to the business of the EGM which the Directors had concluded would make it
undesirable to proceed with the EGM. The investigation is still ongoing and
the Directors have therefore postponed the EGM again to 12.30pm on 30 April
2025 at the same venue by which time it is expected that the investigation
will have been concluded.

 

Votes already submitted by proxy will remain valid for the EGM being held on
30 April 2025.

 

A further announcement will be made ahead of the new date for the EGM.
