Annual General Meeting

 

The Company has today issued a notice of annual general meeting to be held at
10am on 27 February 2025.  The notice of meeting has been mailed to
shareholders and will also be available to view on the Company's website.

 

The resolutions bring proposed at the AGM are summarised below:

 

Resolution 1:               Adoption of the Annual Report and
audited accounts for the Company for the year ended 31 December 2023.

 

Resolution 2:               The re‐appointment of KPMG Cyprus
as auditors.

 

Resolution 3:               The re‐appointment of Gerasimos
Efthimiatos as a Director of the Company

 

Resolution 4:               Renewal of the Company's share
buyback authority

 

Special Business:        Minor amendments to Company's Articles of
Association
