Sale of Apollo Heights land in Cyprus
2nd July 2025
Further to the announcement released on 30(th) April 2025, the Directors of
the Company are pleased to announce that Contracts of Sale have now been
signed for the sale of the 27 land plots owned by the Company at Apollo
Heights in Paramali, Cyprus for an agreed price of €7.5 million versus a
current Net Asset Value of €5.6 million. The Company has now received cash
representing 30% of the total sale price from the purchaser upon signing with
the balance to be paid when the sale transactions complete, which is expected
to take up to three months. The Company will announce updates to this sale in
due course.
