The Board of Dolphin received notification on 19 October 2022 that Mr Nicholas
John Paris, Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 450,000 ordinary
shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 4
pence per Ordinary Share.  Following this purchase, Mr Paris has a beneficial
interest in 483,487 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05%  of the Company's
issued share capital.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with requirements of the EU Market
