The Board of Dolphin is pleased to announce that at the Annual General
Meeting, held earlier today, all the Resolutions proposed in the notice of
meeting were duly passed. The individual resolution by resolution votes will
be detailed on the website.

 

The Board would like to thank shareholders for their engagement with the
resolutions passed at the Meeting.
