The Board of Dolphin is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General
Meeting, held earlier today, all Resolutions were duly passed.

The total votes were cast as follows:

Note: A vote "Withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the

The Board would like to thank shareholders for their engagement with the
resolutions passed at the Meeting.
