Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of DCI announces that in line with its recommendations, as set out in the Company's circular to Shareholders dated 2 December 2016 (the "Circular"), 81% of Shareholders represented in the EGM today voted AGAINST the Continuation Resolution and 99% voted FOR the New Asset Strategy Resolution.
Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as in the Circular.
