India's DCW rises; co says ops at Tamil Nadu plant to resume

** Shares of DCW  DCWL.NS  up 6.1%, after rising 7.2% to hit
day's high of 58.80 rupees
    ** DCWL on track to rise for third straight session, and is
up 10.1% in the period so far
    ** Co says impact of heavy rains at plant in Tamil Nadu
neutralised, with operations at its manufacturing site in the
state resuming in a phased manner
    ** DCWL expects production to get back to normal level
within next 3-4 days
    ** Co also assessing estimated impact of flooding and water
logging; ops were suspended since Dec. 17
    ** Stock is up ~14% YTD, set for fourth straight year of
gains
