** Co's posts fourth-quarter consolidated net loss of 3 million rupees ($31,435.01) vs a profit of 207 million rupees a year ago
** Revenue from operations of the company, which manufactures and supplies electronic systems and sub-systems, cable & wire harness assemblies, more than halves to 2.07 billion rupees
** Co's margins took a hit from the incorporation of financial results of its unit NIART Systems, which is yet to commence commercial production
** Adds that the company's revenue declined in FY26 largely due to prolonged supply-chain disruptions due to geopolitical tensions, which slowed down manufacturing
** YTD, stock up 2.1%
