** Biggest one-day pct gain since July 2024

** Co enters into a joint venture with Israel Aerospace Industries' unit, Elta Systems

** JV to focus on airborne and land radar systems, with DCX holding 37% share

** With session's gains, DCX trims 12-month decline to ~10%
