** Aerospace and defense manufacturer signs non-binding MoU with the Tamil Nadu state government to set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility

** Facility to be used for defense manufacturing under a joint venture with Israel-based ELTA Systems

** MoU to provide DCXS infrastructural support and regulatory facilitation from the government

** YTD, DCXS shares down ~19.5%
