Australia's Mantle Minerals jumps on signing agreement with De Grey Mining

** Shares of Australia's Mantle Minerals Ltd  MTL.AX  rise
33.3% to A$0.004, set to mark best day since Nov. 9, if current
gains hold  
    ** Mineral explorer signs agreements with De Grey Mining 
 DEG.AX  for various miscellaneous licence for its Western
Australia projects  
    ** Says under agreement De Grey will access co's Roberts
Hill project to complete drilling 
    ** Adds Mantle will retains rights to all results, follow-up
drilling and any discovery on the project 
    ** De Grey Mining is up 1.2%, hitting highest since Oct.24  
    ** MTL has risen 20% this year while DEG has fallen 4.3% as
of last close
