Feb 4 (Reuters) - De La Rue DLAR.L said on Tuesday it
had received preliminary approaches from parties other than a
consortium of British financier Edi Truell's companies for the
sale of the UK banknote printer.
De La Rue added that the Truell-led consortium, which had
proposed to buy it for $301 million in January, would do so
through the issuance of a debt instrument and a share buyback.
