Additional Listing

 

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a block listing of 100,000 Ordinary shares of 44 152/175p
each under the De La Rue Annual Bonus Plan to trade on The London Stock
Exchange and to be admitted to the Premium Segment of the Official List. The
shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company. It
is expected that admission will commence on or around 8.00am on 29 July 2020.

De La Rue plc's issued share capital as at 27 July 2020 comprised
194,956,241 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held
in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 194,956,241.

The above figure of 194,956,241 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, De La Rue plc,
under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
