Additional Listing

 

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a block listing of 4,500,000 Ordinary shares of 44 152/175p
each under The De La Rue Deferred Bonus Plan 2020 and The De La Rue
Performance Share Plan 2020 to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be
admitted to the Premium Segment of the Official List.

 

Once issued, the above shares shall rank equally with the existing issued
shares of the Company.

 

It is expected that admission will commence on or around 8.00am on 25 May
2022.
