CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER APPOINTMENT
De La Rue plc ("De La Rue" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Harding as Chief Financial Officer and as an Executive Director on the Board of the Company to take effect immediately.  Rob joined De La Rue as Interim Chief Financial Officer on 9 March 2020. 
Rob is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a wealth of finance and turnaround experience.  Prior to joining De La Rue earlier this year, he was with Co-op Insurance where he held the position of interim Chief Financial Officer. His previous experience spans a number of senior finance roles in professional and financial services including, among others, Swinton Insurance, Aviva plc and Standard Life plc.
Commenting on Rob Harding's appointment, Kevin Loosemore, Chairman, said:
"Rob's wide ranging experience in finance within a number of large professional and financial businesses together with his depth of turnaround experience will be invaluable to us as we execute our plans and re-shape our business to meet both the short-term and long-term challenges we face as a Company.
