De La Rue plc's issued share capital as at 31 December 2016 comprised 101,742,096 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 101,742,096.
The above figure of 101,742,096 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, De La Rue plc, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
