Withdrawal of the General Meeting Requisition

 

De La Rue plc (LSE: DLAR) (the "Company") announces that it has today
received a written notification from Crystal Amber Fund Limited ("Crystal
Amber") of the withdrawal of its requisition notice seeking to convene a
general meeting of the Company's shareholders, as originally announced on 31
March 2023.
