UK's De La Rue in talks for potential stake sale

Dec 12 (Reuters) - British banknote maker De La Rue DLAR.L on Thursday confirmed it was in talks with Disruptive Capital GP and Pension SuperFund Capital regarding a potential sale of up to 40% of its equity at a price of 1.25 pounds per share ($1.58 per share).
