PSA Group is in advanced talks with its Chinese partner
Guangzhou Automobile to gain control of the struggling joint
venture overseeing its Jeep operations in China, Bloomberg News

Non-executive directors hold a meeting on governance as
Italy's top insurer prepares to kick off proceedings to renew
its board in spring 2022.

Former UBS banker Sam Kendall has joined the bank's CIB
division to lead all its industry coverage, advisory and public
and private equity and debt capital markets businesses, a
message to staff by UniCredit's CIB head Richard Burton showed.
Kendall will work closely with Goffredo Guizzardi, in charge of
loan financing activities, with a goal to boost the depth of
UniCredit's advisory services and capital markets products.

majority shareholder De Longhi Industrial SA and Giuseppe de
