Macquarie for its stake in Open Fiber valuing the group at more
than 7 billion euros ($8.3 billion), signaling strong interest

Fca and Peugeot PSA PEUPP.PA said on Thursday their
shareholders have agreed a 6-month period of lock-up on car
parts maker Faurecia's shares which they will get under a

The bank said it would pay 1.339 euro ($1.58) per share to
investors who do not approve the demerger of AMCO – Asset
Management Company SpA and who exercise their right to sell MPS
ordinary shares instead of taking up AMCO shares. It said it
would spend a maximum of 150 million euros to buy any withdrawn
shares that remain unsold at the end of the reselling procedure.

JUVENTUS FC JUVE.MI
Juventus said it had terminated player Gonzalo Higuain's
contract. The the operation will generate a negative economic
effect of around 18.3 million euros ($21.64 million) for
2019/2020 due to write-down of the player's registration rights.
