Deceuninck sees higher 2015 net profit despite tough renovation market

BRUSSELS, Feb 25 (Reuters) - PVC window frames maker
Deceuninck DECB.BR said it believed its net profit would grow
in 2015, even though it faced pressure from sluggish renovation
markets in some European countries.
The group said demand in France, Belgium and Germany, which
made up some 30 percent of its sales, was low in 2014 because of
a lack of confidence by builders and consumers alike and cheap
imports of finished windows.
The company said growth in 2015 would come mainly from
Britain, the United States as well as Turkey and other emerging
markets.
The group's net profit increased by a quarter in 2014 to
10.5 million euros ($11.92 million), mainly the result of lower
taxes. The operational performance of the group was weaker than
in 2013.

($1 = 0.8809 euros)
