Additional Listing

 

An application for admission to the Premium Segment of the Official List has
been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for
the following:

 

·      Additional 2,261 for the Save As You Earn (SAYE) Scheme block
listing;

·      Additional 150,000 for the 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan block
listing;

·      Additional 80,000 for the Global Save As You Earn 2018 block
listing.

 

These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares in
issue.  It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 7
April 2022.
