** Last up 11.7%

** AI platform developer raises A$20 mln ($13.17 mln) via placement to further develop its upcoming product DecidrOS, and expand into international markets, among other purposes

** Funds raised at A$0.9/shr, a discount of 4.3% to stock's last close

** The price is at a 1.5% premium on the 10-day VWAP

** About 1.7 mln shares traded so far, 1.8x 30-day average of 965,153

** Stock up 22.1% YTD, including moves in current session
