Defence Holdings to Host Broadcast with Senior Leadership Team

 

Defence Holdings PLC (LSE: ALRT), the UK's first listed software-led defence
company, today confirms that it will host a broadcast on Monday, 22 September
2025 at 10:00am (UK time). The session will bring together senior members of
the leadership team for a wide-ranging conversation on recent announcements
and the Company's forward trajectory.

 

The panel will include:

 

●    Andrew McCartney (Chief Technology Officer)

 

●    Richard "Bertie" Bassett (Vice President, Defence Programmes)

 

●    James Norwood (Non-Executive Vice Chairman)

The discussion will cover:

 

●    ⁠The appointment of Lord Houghton as Non-Executive Chairman and
what his leadership signals for Defence Holdings and the wider defence
ecosystem.

 

●    Project Ixian, the Company's first sovereign AI product build, and

●    ⁠The evolving macro climate, including recent announcements by
