 * Transfer of vegetable operations in Turkey, North Carolina)  DMPL.PS  
 * Company's subsidiary in the United States, Del Monte Foods, Inc. is closing 
its vegetable operations located in Turkey, North Carolina 
 * Dmfi expects to incur one-time costs but these will not materially impact the 
group's FY 2016 full year results 
 * Consolidation impacts approximately 230 full-time employees and 92 seasonal 
workers at the Turkey plant
