much as 1.2 pct to NZ$8.75
    ** Co expects FY IFRS Reported net profit after tax of
NZ$45.8 mln ($31 mln), up 13 pct from year earlier
    ** Forecasts global case sales to increase by 8 pct in FY19
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since May 11
    ** About 34,000 shares change hands, compared with 30-day
average volume of 5,991
    ** Stock among biggest pct gainers on S&P NZX All Capital
