Deadline for Prosus to comply with Delivery Hero stake sale extended, EU regulators say BRUSSELS, June 1 (Reuters) - Dutch technology investor Prosus PRX.AS has been given more time to comply with its pledge to sell down its stake in Delivery Hero DHER.DE, EU antitrust regulators said on Monday.
"We can confirm that on 29 May 2026, following a request from Naspers, we extended the deadline for the implementation of the remedies. Naspers still has to fully comply with the commitments," a European Commission spokesperson said.
Prosus secured EU antitrust approval to buy Just Eat Takeaway last year after agreeing to reducing its 27.4% stake in Delivery Hero to below a specified very low percentage within 12 months.
