CREDICO FINANCE 10 S.r.l., with registered office in Rome (RM), Italy, Via Barberini n. 47, issuer of Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, with ISIN code: IT0004814254 (Senior Class A) which chose Ireland as Home Member State under the Transparency Directive 2004/109/EC, informs that, with effect from July 1, 2019 "BANCA SAN BIAGIO DEL VENETO ORIENTALE DI CESAROLO, FOSSALTA DI PORTOGRUARO E PERTEGADA - BANCA DI CREDITO COOPERATIVO - SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA", with registered office in Fossalta di Portogruaro (VE), Viale Venezia no. 1, Italian Fiscal Code and number of registration in the Register of Enterprises of Venezia 02794950275, ABI Code 08965, which is one "Originator" and "Servicer" of the securitization operation, will be merged into "BANCA DI CREDITO COOPERATIVO DELLE PREALPI - - SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA", with registered office in Tarzo (TV) Via La Corona no. 45, Italian Fiscal Code and number of registration in the Register of Enterprises of Treviso 00254520265, ABI Code 08904.5, that will change its name into "BANCA PREALPI SANBIAGIO CREDITO COOPERATIVO - SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA".
Given the above we kindly ask you, starting from July 1, 2019, to refer to "BANCA PREALPI SANBIAGIO CREDITO COOPERATIVO - SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA" (ABI Code 08904.5) instead of "BANCA SAN BIAGIO DEL VENETO ORIENTALE DI CESAROLO, FOSSALTA DI PORTOGRUARO E PERTEGADA - BANCA DI CREDITO COOPERATIVO - SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA", for all the accomplishments, formalities and the relations connected to the securitization operation named Credico Finance 10.
