("Deltex Medical Group" or the "Company")

 

Extension of Retail Offer Closing Time

 

On 14 July 2023, Deltex Medical Group (AIM: DEMG) announced, amongst other
matters, the launch of a Retail Offer on the REX Platform to existing
shareholders of the Company to raise up to £500,000 at the Issue Price of
0.2p per share.

 

Following a number of enquiries from shareholders of the Company since the
launch of the Retail Offer, the Company has decided to extend the original
closing time of the Retail Offer from 3.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 19 July 2023 to
5.00 p.m. on Friday, 21 July 2023. Eligible shareholders should note that
financial intermediaries may have earlier closing times.

 

All other terms and conditions of the Retail Offer remain unchanged, as well
as the expected timetable of the Fundraising and other matters as set out in
the announcement at 6.01 p.m. on 14 July 2023.

 

An announcement will be made on Monday 24 July 2023 regarding the result of
the Retail Offer.

 

Terms used but not defined in this announcement have the same meaning as set
out in the Company's announcement released at 6.01 p.m. on 14 July 2023.
