The Times
- UK North sea focused oil explorer Deltic Energy DELT.L
has quit the Pensacola gas field project, majority-owned and
operated by Shell SHEL.L as it blamed fiscal uncertainty and
negative political rhetoric ahead of the election.
- France-based diagnostics firm Novacyt ALNOV.PA agreed to
pay 5 million pounds($6.37 million) to the Department of Health
and Social Care as part of a settlement to resolve a
long-running High Court dispute.

- India's Tata Steel TISC.NS has claimed that steelmaking
in south Wales could be "at significant risk" if a 500 million
pound ($636.85 million) subsidy package is delayed, after the
shadow business secretary, Jonathan Reynolds, called for it to
restart talks with a potential Labour government.
- British public transport operator FirstGroup FGP.L has
applied for two more "open access" services outside the main
