Deltic Energy Plc ("Deltic" or "the Company")

PDMR/Director Dealings

 

Deltic Energy Plc, the AIM-quoted natural resources investing company with a
high impact exploration and appraisal portfolio focused on the Southern and
Central North Sea, announces that it was notified on 4 May 2023 that Peter
Nicol, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of 0.5 p each ("Ordinary Shares") into his ISA at a price of 1.79 per
Ordinary Share.

 

Additionally, the Company was notified on 4 May 2023 that Sarah McLeod,
Deltic's Chief Financial Officer and a person discharging managerial
responsibility transferred 282,581 Ordinary Shares to her individual ISA
account.  There has been no significant change to the number of Ordinary
Shares beneficially held by Sarah McLeod as a result of these transfers.
