** Cable TV distributor's Q2 consol net profit falls 32.4% Y/Y to 351.6 mln rupees ($3.96 mln)

** Q2 consol revenue down 3.1% Y/Y to 2.41 bln rupees

** Q2 EBIDTA margin drops to 8% from 11% year ago

** Trading vols over 2x the 30-day average at 1.1 mln shares so far

** DENN down ~25% YTD
