** Shares of uranium miner Denison Mines DML.TO rise 3.7%
to C$3.33
** Co to form three uranium exploration joint ventures in
the eastern portion of the Athabasca Basin region in northern
Saskatchewan with Cosa Resources COSA.V
** Cosa to acquire a 70% interest in DML's Murphy Lake
North, Darby and Packrat properties
** Denison to receive 14.2 mln Cosa common shares
** Cosa to fund C$5 mln exploration on Darby by June 2029
and C$1.5 mln exploration on Murphy Lake North by December 2027
** Including session's moves, stock up 43.5% YTD
